Costs and methods of delivery
We try to deliver our Herc Design products as soon as possible. After purchase, you should receive it from two days to
three weeks depending on the location.
Delivery to the USA by Polish Post from 10 to 34 days.
The order fulfillment time depends on the stock level.
Orders placed during the holiday season may take longer.

In Warsaw, the parcel can be picked up individually by prior arrangement by phone. You will be informed immediately after completing and packing your order.
Polish Post
Domestic shipment:
- Priority registered letter - ~4 USD (with prepayment to the account) 4/5 days
If the courier does not find you at home, he leaves a notice and the parcel goes to the nearest post office for collection within 3 working days.
Shipment to USA:
- Priority registered letter - ~6,70 USD (with prepayment to the account) 20/30 days
Shipment to the EU:
- Priority registered letter - ~6,70 USD (with prepayment to the account) 4/7 days
UPS
Domestic shipment
- UPS Standard (with the possibility of collection at a nearby point) ~6 USD (when prepaid to the account)
If the courier does not find you, he takes the parcel to a nearby store cooperating with UPS
you receive SMS information about the shipment ready for collection in a given place and you collect it at a convenient time within 3 working days.
- UPS Standard (in person) ~6,70 USD (with prepayment to the bank account)
If the courier does not find you, the shipment goes to the warehouse and the next delivery attempt is the next day.
(such a shipment cannot be picked up either from the warehouse or from an Access Point, nor can the courier leave it with, for example, a neighbor)
- UPS Access Point - ~6USD (RECOMMENDED) (when prepaid to the account)

you receive SMS information that the shipment is ready for collection in a given place and you collect it at a convenient time within 3 working days.

The courier delivery time is 24 hours from the moment of sending the parcel. Parcels are sent every working day until 16:00

USA - 53 USD (with prepayment to the account)
Norway - 48 USD (with prepayment to the account)

UPS STANDARD - provides reliable deliveries within Europe within two to five working days.
UPS EXPRESS SAVER - next day delivery within Europe and fast,
economical delivery to North America, Asia and Africa.
Inpost parcel machines (in Poland)
We send parcels to the addressee's nearest parcel locker, however, if the parcel is to be sent to a completely different place, we will ask for the
address of a specific parcel locker in the COMMENTS field at the end of the order.
